The Conference brings together regulatory members of the association to discuss on issues to enhance WSS regulation and improve service provision. Non-regulators such as cooperating partners, utilities, CSOs and other like-minded institutions also participate to discuss issues concerning the regulation of the water and sanitation service delivery.
